**CANCELLATION POLICY** We understand that plans can change, and we kindly request that any cancellations be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. To ensure fairness to all clients, the following fees will apply for late cancellations or no-shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows or cancellations on the same day of the appointment: 100% of the service fee will be charged. **EXTRA GUESTS POLICY** For the comfort and focus of all clients, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment ALONE. Additional guests (including children) are not permitted in the treatment area, as they may create distractions that could affect both the artist’s work and the overall experience. To ensure you receive the best possible service and a flawless result, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. **LATE ARRIVAL POLICY** We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you’re running late, please contact us at 512-295-0039 as soon as possible to keep us informed. If we do not receive notice, we may assume you’re not attending and your appointment may be released and the no show fee will be applied. Clients who arrive less than 15 minutes late will still receive their service, but please note that the full price will apply and services may be adjusted based on the remaining time. For arrivals 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate you, however: • Your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time, • Or your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled to avoid delays for other clients. In either case, a $35 rescheduling fee will apply. We value your time and ours, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain a smooth and respectful schedule for all guests. **FOREIGN FILL POLICY** We’re happy to welcome new clients with existing nail enhancements from another salon. To book a foreign fill, your current set must be in good condition with at least 50% of the product remaining. However, if your existing set shows signs of lifting, damage, or improper application, a removal and full new set will be required to ensure the health of your nails and the quality of your results. Please note: • Foreign fills are charged at full set pricing due to the additional time and work required to bring the set up to our standards. • Our 7-day service guarantee does not apply to foreign fills, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of previous work.
